The Basics About Network Marketing

We usually have been conditioned to think of sales in a Direct manner. We need to break this down in order to unmask the difference in how Network Marketing actually works, from how people think it works.

The Direct Sales Paradigm:
In direct sales, if you want to move $1,000,000 of widgets a month, you typically would hire 100 sales people in protected territories and give them a quota of  $10,000.00 a month each.

The Network Marketing Paradigm:
In network marketing, we simply flip the numbers. You now have 10,000 “sales people” each using and selling    $100.00 a month each that would yield the same $1,000,000 a month in sales.

Network Marketing reverses the traditional paradigm of a few doing a lot each; to a lot doing a little each. The power of this model is that all your eggs are spread out across MANY baskets. This provides security and insulates you from a dramatic reduction if just one quits.
